forsalespokane.com uses the YouTube Data API v3 (a Google API service) to publish cinematic listing videos to our own YouTube channel, @forsalespokane. When the site authenticates with Google we request theyoutube.upload and youtube OAuth scopes. These scopes are used only to upload videos, set thumbnails, and edit metadata on our own channel.

Our “Dream” home-visualization feature lets you re-imagine a listing photo with AI. To do this we send the source listing photo and your text prompt to our generative-AI providers (currently Replicate and Anthropic) for processing. The resulting image and your prompt may be retained on our servers in theDreamGeneration table for the lifetime of your visualization so it stays viewable from a shareable link. We do not associate prompts with personal contact information unless you also submit a lead form, and we do not sell prompts or generated images to third parties.
